The light was wrong and that is why I could not get the slow shutter speed I wanted for the shots of the Sheep River Falls. Not even my town ND filters gave me enough room for longer exposure.
And what do you do then. Right you try something else and that is what I did i made this shot of the top of the fall.
It almost looks like I took a photo of Ice but no this is just the waterfall.

This little fellow was making a lot of noise he almost sounds like a bird.
I was able to get a good shot at him as he was on a little hill it looks like I was lying down when taking this photo but no I was just standing.
After a little wait he finaly did his yell again and this time I got the shot and that is how I got him with his mouth open.

I just loved this shot so much peace it gives.
This photo was taken in the Sheep River Provincial Park and aperently this is where the sheep graze in winter. Apernently the plains stay snow free even in winter and that while we are in the middle of Kananaskis Country.
No sheep today so I have to go back in winter and see for my self if there is snow or not in winter time.

This is the proof that nature photography is not that difficult.
So last Saterday I drive in to Sheep River Provincial Park here in Alberta (Canada) and there right next to the road was this mama Moos eating some of the tree’s while her two young where enjoying themselves a bit behind her.
Of course you need to keep your distance specially when young are involved but this Moose kept an eye but let me come fairly close .
But that does not mean that it becomes easier to take the shot you are hoping for. I tried to take picutres of the baby moose but the only thing they wanted in the pictures where there behinds. And even this mother Moose did not want to part from the tree she was standing behind.
A well at least I got some shots of a Moose in the wild.

Can’t rember what it is but I found it in the Kitchen and it is some kind of vegtable but that just a little bit closer.
I should have got my tripod out of the closet but I am not very smart some times so all the really good photo’s where not sharp. But that would mean that they where not very good any ways

After two oldies now it is time for something new.
I shot this picture at the lookout on the Elbow Falls (not in the picture) and I like the way the Ice made the view to the river nicer.
It is nice to see the fresh snow and the ice hanging on the rocks you can almost feel the fresh air in your mouth.

Here is a Bald Eagle that likes to stare when it is taking a rest.
Like the way the bird seem to be looking away, makes you wonder what he is looking at.
And as you can see on the blurry background I used a pretty long lens to keep the back so out of focus to keep the focus on the birdy.

OK here is an oldy for the people who visited my old sites.
I will in the next while ad some more old work I made to change it up a bit. But of course there will be some new stuff to.
So this was one of my first macro photographs I ever made and it turned out well.
At the first showing of this picture people thought it was Tulip. And that is wrong of course.
But keep guessing I will not tell you what it is. If you want to know then just hold your mouse pointer on the picture and it will tell you what it is.

OK I start with saying go look at the big picture by clicking on it (something i normally don’t allow)

This shot was just a little test of my new tripod and it works better then expected.
You see taking pictures in the Dark is something I love to do and something I really need to do more often.
This shot has to much light on the right so next time i need to work a little bit better on the area i put in my photo
